The Skidless Yoga Mat Towel is a yoga mat sized towel that goes right over top of your current mat, and the silicone nubs grip at the mat. The material of the mat is 20% nylon and 80% polyester, which also gives you a sweat barrier that allows you to make for an easy clean up – it’s a lot easier to clean up a towel as opposed to a yoga mat. It’s 68 inches by 24 inches, and weighs about a pound – great if you are carrying around your mat a lot.
